V.K. Constructions is a partner driven construction company engaged primarily in the construction of buildings. The company has a vast and rich experience of executing Residential, Institutional, Commercial and Industrial buildings. The Company has at its helm, professional and highly qualified civil engineers. It endeavours to deliver a high quality end product and follow a completely transparent work methodology in all its projects.
History: V. K. Constructions was incepted in 1980 by Mr. Vinod Kumar Dewan, a first class honours graduate in civil engineering from IIT, Kharagpur. The Company has successfully delivered close to 100 projects till now.
Mr. Simran Kumar is a first class graduate of civil engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and MBA from NITIE Mumbai. He joined as a partner in the company in 2004. The Company has the capability of executing end to end works in various verticals vis Residential, Institutional & Industrial with a vast and rich experience in civil and structural works, the company has become a prefered choice for challenging works requiring high quality and precision.
Civil and structural work refers to the engineering and construction activities involved in designing, building, and maintaining infrastructure and buildings. Structural work involves designing and constructing the framework that supports buildings and other structures.

- Equipment
We have sufficient number of Plant and Machinery equipment like Concrete Mixers, Weigh Batchers, Vibrators, Pumps, DG Sets etc. required during execution of a Civil Structural Works.
There is close to 70 tonnes of self-owned staging
material, at any given point of time. We have access to shuttering material and supporting jacks catering to 30,000 square feet of slab area at minimal notice.

Our company believes in providing personalized attention to each and every project irrespective of its size. Before starting any project it prepares a detailed program chart and cash flow statement for the client to enable seamless execution of the project.
At various stages of the project quality of work is ensured and modifications are proposed which are beneficial in terms of cost and time for our clients.
